Questions
Does thirdspace take my payment?
No. thirdspace never handles money. You pay the organiser directly, using the method they accept (FPS, bank transfer, PayMe or cash). Your ticket goes live once they confirm they received it.
Do tickets work without a connection?
Yes. Tickets are saved on your phone and open offline. If anything about the event changes, the ticket updates the next time you are online.
Can staff check people in without signal?
Yes, once the guest list has been downloaded to their phone. Check-ins made offline are saved and sync automatically when the phone is back online.
Can I go to events and run them with one account?
Yes. One account can have different roles. Switch between your personal account, your organiser studio and your staff shifts from the top of the app.
Which languages does the app support?
English and Traditional Chinese. You can switch at any time in your profile.
When can I download it?
Soon, on iOS and Android. The download links will appear on this page when the app is available.
